At BeePani, we take pride in delivering high-quality, pure honey to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

*Returns & Refunds*
– If your order arrives damaged, please email clear images of the damaged product to *hello@beepani.com* within *7 days* of receiving your order.
– The product must be *unopened* and in its original condition. Opened products are *not eligible* for a refund.
– Once we verify the damage, we will process a refund within *7 business days, after deducting the **delivery fee*.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 *Non-Returnable Items*
– Opened or used products.
– Returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind).
